No account, database, analytics or tracking scripts are included in this site. The ghost follows cursor position within the current webpage only; cursor movements are not transmitted to a server.

Optional sender names and messages are encoded in shareable links. Anyone with the link can read them, and links may appear in third-party messaging or browser history. Do not include confidential information.

If deployed on Netlify, the hosting service may process standard server request information according to its own policies.

Optional browser extension: it runs locally in Chrome/Edge, requests access to ordinary websites only to show the ghost, stores a three-minute expiration timestamp locally, and does not upload browsing data.
